HELP SHOULD BE EASIER TO REACH

A more usable HourHelpers.

We want people to be able to find work, hire help and manage an account using the tools that work for them.

Ways to navigate the site.

  • Use the Skip to content link at the start of a page to move past the main menu.
  • Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. Standard buttons, menus and expandable answers can be operated with a keyboard.
  • Use your browser’s zoom and text-size controls. The layout adapts for smaller screens.
  • Switch between light and dark mode using the footer control. The site remembers your theme only when you allow optional preferences.
  • Forms show labels and explain validation errors. Required steps, such as email activation, are described on the relevant screen.

Tell us about a barrier.

If you cannot complete a task, email hello@hourhelpers.com. Include the page link, what you were trying to do and what prevented you from continuing. If useful, tell us your browser, device and assistive technology.

Say how you would prefer to receive the information or help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other medical details. Do not include passwords or login codes.

An ongoing part of the work.

Accessibility needs regular review as the marketplace changes. This page explains the available controls and how to report a problem; it does not claim that every page has been independently audited against an accessibility standard.

Member-written descriptions, uploaded images and external delivery links can vary. Tell us when information on HourHelpers is difficult to understand or use.
